Everyone was helpful and so nice! My youngest child has sensory issues and dropped her wolf ear headband into the mining water- the front desk switched them out no problem. We don’t have ANYTHING negative to say (lockers at the pool could be less expensive for families who are waiting to check in/have already checked out.but that’s our ONLY complaint!) We purchased paw passes, upgraded to wolf passes at check in (painless process) and they basically turned GWL into an all inclusive resort.
